Raciel Yera es actualmente Investigador Postdoctoral Marie Curie en la Universidad de Jaén. Previamente ha sido profesor en el Departamento de Ciencias Informáticas en la Universidad de Ciego de Ávila, Cuba (2012-2022), y posteriormente Investigador Postdoctoral María Zambrano (2022-2024). Es Doctor en Ciencias Técnicas desde 2016, siendo su principal área de investigación la personalización y los sistemas de recomendación. Ha presentado su trabajo en revistas y conferencias reconocidas, como Knowledge-Based Systems, Decision Support Systems, Applied Soft Computing, o la conferencia User Modeling, Adaptation, and Personalization (UMAP).
