Diego García-Zamora obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from the University of Granada in 2016. In addition, he received a Master's Degree in Physics and Mathematics in 2017 and a Master's Degree in Education in 2018, both from the University of Granada. He received his Ph.D. in Information and Communication Technologies at the University of Jaén in 2023. Nowadays, he is a Substituting Professor at the University of Jaén and focuses his research on Fuzzy Sets, Decision-Making, and Optimization. He obtained the contract Formacion de Profesorado Universitario, granted by the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation, and Universities. He has published works in high-quality journals such as Fuzzy Sets and Systems, European Journal of Operational Research, and IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems. Furthermore, he has participated in several international conferences, obtaining the Best Student Paper Award at the 16th International Conference on Intelligent Systems and Knowledge Engineering (ISKE 2021) and at the 15th International FLINS Conference on Machine Learning, Multi-agent and Cyber physical Systems (FLINS 2022), and the Best Paper Award at the 18th International Conference on Intelligent Systems and Knowledge Engineering (ISKE2023).
