Recommender systems have become a very important research field nowadays, regarding the difficult of online users for finding the information items that best fit the information items that best fits their preferences and needs in the worldwide search space overloaded with possible options. This special session aims to present recent recommender systems models and applications developed with the support of computational intelligence tools.
Potential topics (but not limited) to be covered include:
- Recommender systems supported by deep learning tools.
- Recommender systems supported by fuzzy tools.
- Sequential recommender systems.
- Social recommender systems.
- Explainability and fairness in recommender systems.
- Recommender systems supported by multi-criteria decision making.
- Group recommender systems.
- Data preprocessing and noise management in recommender systems.
- Novel recommender systems applications in traditional and emerging domains.
